  • A re-evaluation of meeting times, roles of
    committees, etc.
  • We have held to the same schedule of quarterly
    meetings for some time
  • The executive committee will be talking about the
    effectiveness of this approach and will come with
    a recommendation for discussion at the next
    meeting
