Board Member Expectations

• Participate in the Board meetings
• Participate in a committee
• Learn about WTC to be able to effectively offer
  counsel
• Be a part of the accountability structure for WTC
• Play a part in promoting and guiding WTC toward
  its objectives

• A re-evaluation of meeting times, roles of
  committees, etc.
• We have held to the same schedule of quarterly
  meetings for some time
• The executive committee will be talking about the
  effectiveness of this approach and will come with
  a recommendation for discussion at the next
  meeting
