• Click Raw View on the existing page you want to

Twiki Edit Conflict

• Why conflict occurs?
• Twiki is generally used for asynchronous
  collaboration
• When more than one person try to change the same
  page at the same time, conflict may occur
• Twiki lock the page until the first person
  finishes
• Not because of WikiWinWin
• How to resolve conflict?
• Only people can resolve conflict
• Face to face talk, MSN, telephone, emails, etc.
• Choose "Edit Anyway if the other person is not
  really editing page

Twiki Change Notification

• Check for recent changes in the web and send out
  email notification
• Recommend for asynchronous negotiation
• To set it up
• Go to WebNotify page
• Add name/ email on the page

User Name Topic

• Why is there a ? after my user name?
• Because we only create the topic name, the topic
  is not yet defined
• Why is my access denied when I want to edit it?
• All user names are located in the Main Web
• By default, only Admin group can modify the Main
  Web
• Access right need to be granted for modifying
  individual topic
• However, it does NOT affect your WinWin
  negotiation
