APICS Lean Enterprise Workshop Series Overview

• Consists of seven modules that follow the lean
  transformation process
• Developed by a team of instructional design
  professionals and subject matter experts
• Certificate of Completion offered

Series Design

• Follows a Lean Transformation Roadmap created by
  authors
• Seven instructor-led workshops
• Four contact hours each including one hour of
  interactive exercises per workshop
• Culminates in the creation of a draft
  implementation plan for the participants company
• Incorporates a variety of tools, games, and

• Case study used throughout all workshops
