  inch. Example Bearing bores.

• - Gear Manufacturing according to English and
  Imperial measurement system. 20 years
  experience in manufacturing Gears for automotive
  industry. Also encompass in-house Carburizing

• - Tool Room and Production Inspection
  Equipments.
• - Certificate of Compliance obtained with each
  batch of raw material.
• - ISO certified lab for material testing to
  ensure material properties match the
  specifications. Lab testing is performed on
  sample material from each new material lot
  procured. Brinell and Vickers hardness testing
  capability.
• - Dimensional Inspection report associated with
  every production and/or prototype lot shipped.
• - In-house inspection capability to ensure that
  manufacturers production lot meets the drawing
  requirements before dispatch.
• - CMM inspection for long extrusions.
• - Optical comparator and high magnification

• Logistics Services
• - Project Plan in Microsoft project after
  Purchase order is raised. Project plan indicates
  start, finish, milestones of the project. This
  provides visibility to the customer of steps
  taken by Radiance Engineering on accomplishing
  the project successfully.
• - On Site support for US clients through Liaison
  Engineering based in United States.
  Qualifications of Liaison Engineer M.S in
  Mechanical Engineering.
• - Freight forwarding, customs clearing through
  Radiance Engineering agents if parts are
  manufactured overseas. Customer will receive
  deliveries at their doorsteps without having to
  be involved or worry about these logistics.
• - No overheads for LCs (Letters of Credit),
  International Wire transfers. Customer raises
  PO to Radiance Engineering office in United
  States. Radiance Engineering raises the
  appropriate documents (Airway Bill Number, Bill
  of Lading) if products manufactured overseas.

Some On-going Projects

• Succesfully shipped 12000 rods for a company in
  United States. Operations performed-Grinding,
  Machining, Buffing, Anodizing (type II, Class 1,
  for aluminum) and Passivation (For steel).
• recurring PO due for completion in february. The
  rods are made of Steel 303, passsivated and
  6061-T6 aluminum. A PVC cap is press fitted on
  the rod.

Some On-going Projects

• Successfully shipped more than 2000 shafts made
  of 6061 aluminum for a company in United States.
  Operations performed Extrusion (see straight
  longitudinal slots along the length in right hand
  side picture below), CNC machining (CAD to CAM),
  anodizing, threading (UNF series).
• Tooling for reducing cycle time was specially
  developed by Radiance Engineering Team which
  effectively reduced the price of the product for
  the customer.

• Currently received a confirmed PO for titanium
  machining. First article production is underway.
  This is a high volume production.
