CGS WG Charter and Goals

• General charter is to enhance CIM for use on the
  Grid
• Specific work goals between now and GGF7
• Design CIM schema (MOF) additions to create a Job
  Submission Interface Model (JSIM)
• Settle on plans, and map/present the schema in
  XML/LDAP
