Step One
  • Go to the ASME Unit Roster Web site
    https//roster.asme.org/

Step TwoEnter your 9-digit member ID number in
the first box. If your member ID number is not 9
digits long, please precede it with zeros.
Example 000123456

Step Three Enter your last name in all capital
letters and click on the Continue button below.

Step FourYou will see the
Division Roster screen. Click on your Division.

Step Five This
will take you to your division roster page.
Scroll down until you see the Tools Services
box in the left hand column of the page.

Step SixClick on the link that says, Download
Entire Roster.

Step Seven Click on
the link that says, Download the entire section
master roster in Excel format.

Step EightYou will get a
new screen and a new security box asking for your
Network Password. Enter your 9-digit member ID
number in the User Name box and your last name
in all capital letters in the Password box and
click once on OK.

Step Nine You will get a
File Download box asking you if you want to
save the file to disk. Change the option to Open
this file from its current location and click
OK.

Step TenYour roster will
then appear as an Excel spreadsheet on your
screen. Be sure to save it as an Excel
spreadsheet rather than the .csv extension that
appears on your screen.

NoteYou can download a
roster for just Primary, or Secondary, or Other
members (choices 3, 4 and 5).If you want to
download a roster for ALL your Division members,
you have to do it in 3 parts once for Primary
Members, then for Secondary Members, and then
once for "Other Members.
