  • Build stopping in front of caved impassable.
    This will stop irrespirable air from traveling
    through an unexamined area as all victims are not
    accounted for at this point.
  • Close door to shop.
  • Build stopping in front of loose roof to protect
    victim from irrespirable atmosphere being vented.
  • Put fan in blowing mode and turn on.
  • The irrespirable contaminated air will be
    blown out of the mine. The rescuers stuck in the
    shaft and victim in the loose roof are protected.

  • Remove stopping built in front of loose roof.
  • Put fan in blowing mode and turn on.
