• They are cooperative with others.
• They are risk-takers.
• They are finishers.

• They get themselves started.
• They are able to stay on task when necessary.
• They strive for excellent results, not poor ones.
• They dont whine and complain.

• They take turns leading and
  following.
• They do their share of the
  work.
• They give good feedback and share their ideas
  with others when appropriate.
• They are dependable.
• They help make the group successful.

• They are willing to try new things
• They are willing to make mistakes and learn from
  them
• They are willing to change
  their thinking as they learn
  new things
