• What is an expert system?
• - According to Wikipedia.org, an expert system
  is a computer program that contains some of the
  subject-specific knowledge of one or more human
  experts.

• We looked at two different expert systems,
  XpertRule and Exsys.
• We analyzed both software systems based on their
  Related Costs, Time to Implement, Income and
  Functionality.
• An expert system could potentially give petGRO a
  major competitive advantage over its competitors
  if properly maintained and used.

• An expert system would make it very easy for all
  employees of petGRO to get expert help/advice on
  any topic they need.
