Project Goals

• Capture the gross root data and provide decision
  making information system at Block,District
  State level
• Easy, Uniform GUI based system at Block,
  District and State level.
• Software front-end has been made easy for staff
  of DRDA, Blocks State Office.
• The complexity technology has been hidden in
  the software.
• Monitoring follow up is made easy for all
  Schemes

E-Mail Integration

• E-mail send/Receive is bundled in the software
• Outgoing mails will be notified
• E-Mail can be broadcasted to multiple levels (
  Block to DRDA, State etc. )
• Mail acknowledgements will be sent automatically

Data Replication

• To make gross root data available at higher level
  for monitoring
• Data will be constructed in case of data loss at
  any level
• High end analysis tools like data warehousing,
  mining etc. will be used to discover hidden facts
  using advanced techniques

• The same software has been designed to meet the
  requirements of Panchayat,Block, District the
  state Offices.
• Registration of the software at the time of
  installation will configure all the details
  relevant to the office where it is installed
• Uniform coding by way of maintaining the State
  Level Control of directories
• GIS Integration can be done with available data
