ABOUT SOLVANG

• Solvang is a medium sized shipping company based
  in Stavanger focused on LPG.
• The company has a history dating back to 1936.
• In 1989 Inge Steensland and his family bought a
  controlling share of the company, and in 1992
  Solvang merged with Clipper Shipping, a private
  shipping company owned by Inge Steensland.

• Solvang holds parts in, and manages 13 vessels,
  where 12 are LPG gas carriers and 1 is a pure car
  carrier.
• Solvang also holds shares in 5 LPG/LNG vessels
  managed by Bergesen.

• Solvang is listed on Oslo Stock Exchange. Market
  CAP is NOK 641 mill. (USD 106 mill.).
• Largest shareholder is Inge Steensland and his
  family with approximately 65 of the shares.
• Solvang has a strong financial position. The

  equity, witch is 58 of total capital.
