• Jun 2004 in Can Tho 4U Network (CTU, GU, NTNU
  and UoF)
• Sept 2004 in Barcelona RIA1s proposal to form a
  Consortium (inspired by MAqFISH)
• Dec 2004 in HoChiMinh City agreed on basis
• Apr 2005 officially established, endorsed by
  MOET and MOFI.
