• accept the proposed Student Evaluation of
  Instructor instrument, including option for three
  custom, write-in questions and comments
• administer the evaluation to every section of
  every course, allowing faculty to select results
  from any two sections for inclusion in annual
  evaluation portfolio
• administer the evaluation earlier in the semester
