• We have 140 employees who represent 18 countries

• One Manager and five Supervisors
• Employees are represented by AFSCME Union
• Both male and female supervisors of different
  cultures
• Establish firm relationships with employees that
  are community leaders
• Union Stewards relationship

• Daily huddles are held at the beginning of each
  shift and lead by a Supervisor or Manager
• Host activities to encourage staff camradarie
• Special occasion potlucks during the year
• September celebration of Housekeeping Week
