Passover and restored temple worship

the word of God that their fathers had not kept

  that there is only one God, and that idolatry was
  wrong, that the Sabbath and Passover should be
  kept?

No! God had decreed this in His word long before
Josiah .

  who restored these practices as Josiahites?

No! Not one thing the people began doing
originated with Josiah.

The work of any restorer is to turn (or return)
the hearts of men and women to God.
