Status of Production
  • Event Sample
  • HLT Sample (QCD jets)
  • CMSIM-125 - done
  • ORCA6 digi for 2E33 E34 done
  • Ntuple production half way, but
  • Signal
  • H -gt tautau, high mass SUSY
  • CMSIM/ORCA6/Ntuple - done
  • HF in ORCA6
  • Problem- 1) Eta value shifted by ½ tower
  • 2) Energy scale 2 off
  • Cause- Those were changed in CMSIM,
  • but no corresponding changes
    in ORCA.
  • Fix - put a patch in ORCA6 to return
    correct eta value
  • for HF tower (Cell ID) and right
    energy for Digi.
  • Use the fixed version for Ntuple production and
    all other ORCA6 analyses.

  • Production
  • Need a fix to the HF problem and complete the
    ntuple production for both low and high
    luminosities.
  • Tau and SUSY
  • Need rate calculations with full statistics.
  • SUSU additional calculation for lower SUSY mass
    channels.
  • Jet and MET trigger
  • Rate calculation with full statistics.
  • MET rates/efficiency with corrected energy
    scale.
  • New Algorithms for high luminosity
  • Fake jet suppression may be needed in HLT, if we
    need to trigger, ET(J) lt 50GeV.
  • Need a study for dijet trigger.
  • Is current L2 Jet thrheshold (600GeV) too high?
