  production environment for WRLC member libraries.

  the metadata.
• The consortium libraries' participation in
  various overlapping projects and systems requires
  each collection and related digital object and

  standard formats.
• Centralized data storage and decentralized
  metadata creation and lack of staff require an
  easy but comprehensive data management system.
