Hours of work, Overtime
  • Hours of work
  • 45 hours per week and not more than 8 hours a
    day if the domestic worker works more than 5 days
    a week
  • Overtime
  • Not more than (1) 15 hours per week and (2) 12
    hours in any day inclusive of overtime. Pay to be
    at least one and one-half times workers wage for
    overtime done.

TERMINATION
  • Notice of not less than

    the contract earlier than allowed
