NC LIVE Help Desk
Structure
  • Front-line support for library staff at the 200
    NC LIVE institutions across North Carolina
  • Interact with library staff, vendors, and NC LIVE
    technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve
    problems, and implement service enhancements.
  • Work with the NC LIVE committees
  • Help Desk hours Monday Friday 730am 530pm
