RMRC MISSION

• The mission of the Rappahannock Medical Reserve
  Corps (RMRC) is to assist the Health Department
  in its response to local public health
  emergencies and to participate in other health
  department programs to improve the health of the
  community.

ACIVE MEMBER REQUIREMENTS

• To be considered an Active member you must
• complete NIMS IS-100 IS-700
• Attend 3 events a year
• An event can be meeting, training or off-site
  organized MRC activity.
• Keep licensures up-to-date for credentials
• Update membership once per fiscal year online.
• You are allowed a 1 year leave of absence during
  membership to still be considered an active
  member for milestone awards.

RMRC ID Badge

• Once you complete your NIMS requirements, it is
  up to you to arrange a time to have your picture
  taken to have an ID badge made.
• We will be happy to do this quickly for you after
  a monthly meeting, it only takes a few minutes
  and you will leave with one in hand.
• You must have an ID badge for all events and
  emergency responses you are present at.
