  via the DOE Portal.
• Current users within the District Coordinator
  Database will be granted access that are
  identified with the following roles
• SIS Coordinator
• FTE Coordinator
• Student Record Coordinator
• Superintendent
• New users can request access through the DOE
  Portal.
