  • Aim to insure first to market for IEEE
    standards
  • Harmonize standards portfolio planning and the TA
    technology road map.
  • Increase investment on the part of societies into
    the standards projects, especially in early
    stages
  • Reduce Standards Development interval
  • Provide IT support to Study Groups (SG) and
    Working Groups (WG) for both virtual meetings and
    attracting qualified volunteers
  • Reward Societies for investing their members IP
    in IEEE-SA
  • Implement 3-level pricing for products and
    services (non-IEEE, IEEE, IEEE/Society)
  • Resell agreements with Societies
