  light source to detect movement (may be used on
  any reflective surface)

• Typically used on small work surfaces with no
  room for a mouse

• Stationary pointing device (also known as a track
  pad) that is used by moving your finger across a
  small touch surface
• Most touch pads are both touch sensitive and
  pressure sensitive
• Generally found on notebooks and laptops
