Ethiopia taking the lead
  • In anticipation of the Paris Forum, Government of
    Etiopia and Donors already took stock of the
    situation in Ethiopia
  • The Harmonization Task Force developed indicators
    and targets which discussed by the HLF and
    launched since January 2005

Next Steps
  • The HLF Secretariat is in the process of
    establisheing a database regarding the status of
    harmonization of each donor for future
    monitoring.
  • Government-Donors will finalize the process of
    establishing indicators and targets for the 12
    indicators for each individual donor.
  • MOU or declaration will be signed to commit
    Government of Ethiopia and Donors to achieve
    targets.
  • Harmonization Action Plan will be updated to
    reflect Paris Declaration.
