National SBAP measurement

• Mission to explore measurement issues of small
  business assistance programs (SBAPs) individually
  as well as nationwide
• Initiated as a result of the Working Session at
  the 2004 SBO/SBAP National Conference in
  Sacramento, California
• Subcommittee is chaired by Kenya Stump of the
  Kentucky Business Environmental Assistance
  Program, 800-562-2327

  development of a Nationwide Logic Model with the
  assistance of the EPA National Center for
  Environmental Innovation's Evaluation Support
  Division (NCEI ESD)
• Monthly committee internet training beginning in
  September through NCEI Evaluation Support Group
• Development of a Nationwide Logic Model by the
  2006 SBO/SBAP National Conference
• Development of common measures from the Logic
  Model by the 2006 SBO/SBAP National Conference.

• Desk-top tracking systems
• IWRC, PPI, others internal system
• MDNR NEWMOA system
• Aggregation tool
• Developed by PPRC, used to lump together all P2
  measures from the region
• Currently used in Region 10, demo on P2RIC, plan
  to use in all regions

Regional aggregation plan

• P2Rx will make the regional aggregation tool
  available on every centers site
• Expect to have available by end of October
• Want all programs to participate

Current schedule

• Draft aggregation tool is currently posted at
  P2RIC
• Revised tool should be posted by end of October
  (in all regions)
• NPPR plans to publish national P2 Results again
  in October, 2005
