Reporting Workgroup Objective
  • The objective of the PQA Reporting Work Group is
    to
  • develop, by consensus, principles for and a
    system for
  • reporting on quality in pharmacy practice.
  • The Workgroup will
  •     
  • Identify who will report and their
    responsibilities for quality reporting, the
    method and format of reporting quality measures,
    the frequency of reporting, the timeframe to be
    reported, and a process to continually improve
    reports
  • Determine contextual information to be included
    in such reports and to whom reports should be
    issued
  • Develop pilot reporting formats
  • Create processes for collaboration among all
    stakeholders and a system whereby the appropriate
    information is disseminated
