FOUNDER
PRERAK was founded more than
a decade ago . Dr. Prerak Shah, Founder of
PRERAK is an Ayurvedic doctor and Panchkarma
therapist practicing in Gujarat State (India)
and has treated patients from all over the
world. He is a graduate in Ayurvedic Medicine
from Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar,
India, the only Ayurveda University of the
world. He is registered with the council of
Ayurveda for legal practice in India.

prestigious institutes like NASA in USA ) as an
AYURVEDA CONSULTANT. He is Founder Secretary of
AADAR( Academy of Ayurveda Development And
Research ), Gujarat State, India.

VAMAN For kapha imbalance A course, which
helps to cure diseases like chronic cold,
cough, bronchial asthma, diabetes, acne,
eczema, psoriasis and dandruff etc. It requires
one daytime admission in the center, out of
total 8 course days.

VAMAN
Vaman means therapeutic vomiting. Vaman is a
bio-chemical and bio-physical process that take
place inside the body to normilizing vitiated
kapha. On the day of Vaman, after the snehan
and swedan, three to four glasses of
licorice-fant, milk or salt water is
administered, then specific medicines are
administered in prescribed doses to induce
vomiting - without straining to the patient.
Normal limit is 4, 6 or 8 frequencies. After
Vaman, bed rest is advisable for a day and diet
- activities are suggested for few days as
Post-cleansing procedures.

VIRECHAN For pitta imbalance A course ,
which helps to cure heart burn, urticaria,
eczema, psoriasis, headache, migraine,
indigestion, constipation, abdominal gas etc.
It requires one daytime admission in the
center, out of total 8 course days.

VIRECHAN
Virechan means therapeutic purging. Virechan is a
bio-chemical and bio-physical process that take
place inside the body to normalizing vitiated
pitta. On the day of Virechan, after the snehan

in prescribed doses to induce purging - without
straining to the patient. Normal limit is 10, 20
or 30 frequencies. After Virechan, bed rest is
advisable for a day and diet - activities are
suggested for few days as post-cleansing
procedures.

BASTIES For vata imbalance A course which
helps to cure joint pains, arthritis, lumbago,
digestive disorders, intestinal disorders,
colitis, obesity and menstrual disorders in
women. Selection of 30, 15 and 8 days course is

BASTIES
Basti means the introduction of herbal
preparations in a liquid form into the rectum,
just like enema. Basti, is the most effective
treatment of vata disorders. Vata is described as
the main causative factor in the occurrence of
diseases and it is mainly located in the large
intestine. Hence after snehan - (massage) and
swedan (steam-bath), the medication administered
rectally, controls vata instantly.

NASYA For eyes, ear, nose face problems A
course, which helps to cure chronic cold,
headache, migraine, hair problems, speech
problems, mental tension, anxiety and anger.
The course is available for 30, 15 and 8 days.

The nasal administration of medicinal oil or
powder is called nasya. Vitiated doshas from the
sinus, throat, nose or head areas (upper
respiratory zone) are eliminated through the nose
- the nearest exit. Nasya can affect the brain
and sensory and motor functions (mental
activities, memory, concentration and
intellectual activities).

RAKTA-MOKSHAN For skin diseases and other
problems A therapy which helps to treat skin
diseases-18 types, abscesses, gout, headache,
allergies, blood born diseases, liver - spleen
enlargement .

RAKTA-MOKSHAN
Rakta-mokshan means releasing blood. Extracting
a small amount of blood from a vein helps to
relieve pittagenic or blood born diseases. In
chronic diseases which are not responding to
other treatments, Rakta-mokshan is useful. At a
time 100 ml. Blood can be taken out and the
treatment can be repeated after 3 months.
