  of what each page does it will show you how each
  page interacts with the database, Excel
  spreadsheets, Word documents and other files.

1. default.asp this is the main page of the
   administration section of the site, it contains
   links to all other administration pages.
2. Absentees.asp (View Absentees and Whether They
   Have Been Rescheduled) this page shows the
   people who have missed classes and the date of
   the rescheduled class (if they have been
   rescheduled).
3. ActionEvaluations.asp (Action Evaluation
   Results) this page shows you how instructors
   have evaluated their classes
4. AddEmployes.asp (Employees) this page adds
   employees to classes.
5. AllClassReport.asp (All Classes, All Enrollees
   Sorted by Date) this report shows all classes
   and all employees enrolled in those classes
   sorted by date.
6. ClassDatesReport.asp (Class Scheduled Dates)
   this report shows all classes, listed in order of
   course name, and for which dates they have been
   scheduled.
7. Classes.asp (Classes) this page adds, edits,
   changes the status of and deletes classes.
8. ClassesNotRecorded.asp (View Classes Where
   Attendance Has Not Been Recorded) this page
   shows the classes where attendance has not been
   recorded, and will take you to the Record
   Attendance page when you click on the course
   name.
9. ClassReports.asp (Class Reports) this page
   contains the reports Send Class Reminder,
   Create Class Sign-up Sheet, Information on
   Enrollees / Wait-listed, Record
   Attendance,and View Attendance Record it
   works in conjunction with ClassReportsCalendar.asp
   .
10. ClassReportsCalendar.asp (Class Reports) this
    is the calendar view of classes for which a user
    wishes to report it works in conjunction with
    ClassReports.asp.
11. Classrooms.asp (Classrooms) this page adds,
    edits, activates and deactivates classrooms.
12. Companies.asp (Companies) this page adds,
    edits, activates and deactivates companies.
13. Concepts.asp (Concepts) this page adds,
    edits, activates and deactivates a courses
    concepts.
14. CourseInformation.asp Base page for the course
    administration links
15. CourseReports.asp (Course Reports) this page
    reports on employees who are required to take the
    selected course, employees in a selected
    location, and an individual employee for all
    courses identified as being needed by employees
    or by job roles.
16. Courses.asp (Courses) this page adds, edits,
    activates and deactivates courses.
17. Departments.asp (Departments) this page adds,
    edits, activates and deactivates departments.
18. Divisions.asp (Divisions) this page adds,

enter intothe database theclasses he/she
wasnot able to takebut would like to take.
UpdateData.asp this page allow theuser to
update his/her basic information
withoutsigning up for a class.
GetClasses.asp thispage shows the employee
all theclasses he/she isenrolled in or
waitlisted for.
ShowClass.asp this page shows theemployee
informationon the class he/shewould like to
takeand allows him/herto enroll or get puton
the wait list, depending on classcapacity /
enrollment.
