12Structure Scheduling
- Advisory 30 minutes daily
- Meets After 1st block (941-1011)
- Flexibility At times we may choose to begin the
day with advisory, for example at the beginning
of the term to pass out schedules, or when we
need to make an important community announcement
13Accountability Tracking and Supervision
- 80 Advisors Send daily reports to their
coordinator with attendance, highlights, ebis,
and objective mastery status. - 16 Coordinators Send daily summary reports to
each grade level chair. - 4 Grade Level Chairs send daily e-mails with
instructions, reflections and answers to FAQ to
all advisors, coordinators and grade level chairs - 1 Head of Advisory meets weekly with grade level
chairs to plan and track progress. Collects data
on how well each group, grade and small school
are meeting advisory goals.

- Training and Support
- 2 day summer training to learn process and
curriculum. - Bi-monthly meetings (1st term only) to check in
and train advisors - Daily emails with answers to FAQ, reminders and
guidance - Curriculum provided with clear lesson plans,
objectives and supporting materials each day. - Interventions and additional training for
advisors who have poor results on accountability
measures.
