  www.medicare.gov to enroll and to compare choices
• What the new plan means for Physicians
• People with Medicare will now have insurance to
  cover the cost of prescription medications
• Formularies exist for each plan be aware that
  patients with Medicare/Medicaid will now be in
  different programs

  and to learn about the benefit
