4LoadMaster Integrated Mapping
- Providing superior customer service
differentiates good carriers from great carriers! - LTI has invested in an Integrated Mapping
Interface, which provides us with the ultimate
operations tool to improve our customer service.
Dispatchers can see graphically loads and
available trucks on a map. It provides complete
information on our drivers, tractors and/or loads
by the click of a mouse and indicates potential
problems before they occur. Color alerts on
building icons indicate the status of orders and
color alerts on truck icons indicate if our
trucks are pre-assigned or late. Integrated
Mapping allows our dispatcher to drill down
geographically on a truck icon, down to the
street level, to better determine the exact
location of the truck. Mapping can be utilized
to display specific loads to specific
dispatchers, or our complete fleet as a war
room display. Integrated Mapping provides us
superior management, resulting in the best level
of customer service possible.

11 2006 / 2007 Summary
LTI has improved our truck capacity in 2006
by over 20. This has been accomplished by
adding equipment, drivers and focusing on
building density in our primary operating lanes
(Power Lanes). Our lane specific operation
enables us to achieve improvement and success in
the following areas Customer Service
Lowering failure rates and improving on-time
delivery by having more equipment in our
operating areas provides back-up and additional
equipment for our customers. Also, we are able
to obtain the same drivers on specific routes and
customers.Equipment Capacity Keeping our
equipment within our operating lanes (Power
Lanes) enables us to provide ourcustomers strong
truck capacity and year round commitment. We
also operate an above average trailer to tractor
ratio to support drop trailer pools in all of our
operating areas. Driver Retention Our
operating lanes improves our driver retention,
and lowers our turnover by providing regular home
time for our drivers, and defined lanes of
travel. Improving Safety Lane specific
operations provides our drivers with the
day-to-day knowledge of what hazards or
expectations are on each lane because they run
them consistently. Our focus is to operate our
equipment regionally and to piggyback our
operations with our customers distribution
centers and plants. Our fleet operating lanes
fit favorably with the location of our customers
distribution centers and plants.
