Program Description
  • A two-week residential program split into two
    modules and separated by a four week break May
    18-24 June 22-28, 2009
  • Held in Barbados
  • Intensive schedule 8 a.m.10.00 p.m. daily.
  • Heavy use of cases as the primary learning method
    supplemented by interactive lectures and
    simulations
  • Integrated content focusing on Strategy and
    Value Creation, Managing Financial Performance,
    Leadership Organizational Excellence, Change
    Management, Market-Focused Planning, and Talent
    Management.
  • Utilizes only the top faculty members from the
    Ivey Business School and from the Cave Hill
    School of Business
  • Modeled after the Ivey Executive Program which
    was previously ranked as one of the top ten
    senior programs in the world (Financial Times)
