To play the sax you would need a mouth piece and
a 2 ½ B reed or bigger.
This is a picture of a sax and it is a brass sax
that you would only have if you owned a lot of
money.
You start playing the sax after you have finished
all you grades on the clarinet or you just start
on the sax for a quick start.

The clarinet has a mouth piece with a reed on and
the type reed you would need is a 1 1/2, also you
would need a ligature to hold the reed and the
mouth piece together. Next on the clarinet is
the barrel that keeps the mouth piece and the
upper joint together. The upper joint joins onto
the lower joint and the lower joint attaches to
the bell.
Once you have done all your grades on the
Clarinet if you want you can go onto the sax.
