  often free, sometimes chargeable
• It offers schools, LEAs, EAZs, Broadband Grids
  etc an easy way of managing the publication of
  their learning materials
• Anytime, anywhere access (ie home school) is an
  instant reality
• It is a route for schools and commercial content
  providers wishing to enter into public, private
  partnerships to deliver content

Who are we / where are we?

• We are a company of about 52 people, teachers,
  techies and finance experts, linked by a vision
  of supporting learning via the new knowledge
  economy.
• We have our main office in Wimbledon, technical
  centre in Brighton and content development team
  in Blackburn.
• Revenue based upon e.g. hardware sales, premium
  content distribution, e-commerce, portal sales.
