MISSION

• Mission
• The Drug Demand Reduction Program's mission is to
  support Marine Corps alcohol abuse and illegal
  drug use prevention activities.

GOALS

• To reduce/decrease substance abuse (illicit drugs
  and alcohol) by 20
• To decrease the number of positive urinalysis by
  20
• Reduce manpower loss due to substance abuse by
  20
• Improve awareness and prevention training of unit
  personnel. The goals will be accomplished
  through
• Substance abuse education and training
• Aggressive urinalysis program
• On-going needs assessment and
• Communications with Unit Commander and Unit
  Substance Abuse Control Officers (SACO)
