• Encourage a 5 minute break for every 30 minutes
  at the computer
• Use anti-glare screens or filters where possible

Adjust seating /height position

• Sit up straight
• Eyes level with screen top
• Lower arms and thighs should be horizontal
• Knees should fit under the desk
• Lower volume before using headphones

Electrical Safety

• Should children connect/disconnect computer
  equipment?
• All electrical equipment should be tested
  regularly by an electrician
• Leave technical repairs to experts

• Clean screens

• Space for peripherals, paper, books etc.
