• Key Information
• EQAO Testing occurs at Grades 3 6 in May/June.
  (reading, writing, math)
• This year May 22 June 8, 2007
• All Grade 3 and 6 students are required to
  participate for up to two and a half hours per
  day over five days.
• Some students may be exempt.

• Identified student may have accommodations.
• Time
• Scribe
• Reader
• All accommodations must be documented and
  reported
• Each teacher is given an administrative guide
  that must be followed.

• Each task must be done in a specific order and in
  a specific timeframe.
• Suggestions for Split-Grade Classrooms are
  provided.
• Individual and school results are sent to the
  school/board in September.
• School must inform the parents about the
  school/board results.

• Schools must submit an improvement plan to the
  board/ministry that focuses on improving student
  learning and promoting student success.
• Student booklets are returned to the school.
• Parents may ask to see their childs booklets.
