  • How the scheme works
  • We provide to SMEs a bespoke employee or
    Professional Management Training Programme that
    enables the company to offer a structured and
    beneficial scheme of personal development.
  • The 12 month programme will consist of the
    following elements-
  • Initial set up meeting with the employee and
    their manager, a written action plan including
    the following will be agreed between the advisor,
    the employee and their Manager/ Human Resource
    contact
  • Induction programme
  • Identifying initial training plan
  • Set up of development tracker (electronic
    training journal)
  • Quarterly on site review meetings with your
    allocated advisor
  • Access to training networks and government funded
    programmes when available

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION TESTING Following
scoring and assessment, we can then supply a
report and you will receive verbal feedback about
the candidate from one of our experienced
Consultants. These tests can be carried out
on-line at your company a member of our team
will be available on the day of interview to
assist with the testing. Alternatively we can
arrange for the tests to be carried out at our
offices in Sherwood. ON APPOINTMENT Following
successful recruitment we can also offer an
attractive support package which will be accessed
through your mentor who will keep contact with
both you, the employer and your new employee. The
will ease the settling in process and take some
of the pressure away from the Manager. The
service can help with induction and support your
new employee so that they are receiving regular
training or mentoring sessions in order to
maintain their continual professional
development. We can put together a package
which is tailored to the needs of your company
and staff.

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION 16pf / Belbin Team
Roles This is a well established personality
profiling questionnaire that will produce very
relevant information on the individuals personal
style and how they achieve both in a corporate
sense i.e. relating to customers and suppliers,
personally with their direct reports, managers
and colleagues. In addition the 16pf also
provides an insight into the manner in which they
are being affected by pressure and stress in
their life at the present time. An integral
addition to the 16pf has enabled the production
of an individuals Belbin Team role, this
extremely valuable information enables an
understanding of how the individual brings their
strengths to bear in the success of both the
management team and their own sub teams. In
addition the results allow the team to review how
other individuals joining the team will relate to
the existing team members, hence determining
their short / long term effectiveness. Test takes
approximately 40 minutes. Personal Motivational
Drives Questionnaire The information gained from
this short questionnaire gives vital insights
into what people really enjoy in a task they
carry out. As an indicator it often explains why
people are motivated whist carrying out one
project or role yet totally turned off when asked
to do another. Test takes approximately 10
minutes.
