Unit Commanders Finance Report

• The UCFR provides the unit commander a one line
  roll-up of a soldier's monthly pay account
  making it easier to review the soldier's
  accountability and pay entitlements.The review
  of the UCFR by the unit commander, and immediate
  notification to finance when a difference is
  noted, is essential in order to reduce fraud,
  waste and abuse and ensures that soldiers
  receive the pay they are entitled.

Customer Service Procedures

• Soldiers must initiate their pay inquiries
  through the unit S-1
• S-1 representatives will attempt to resolve the
  pay inquiry at their level and make arrangements
  with their finance liaison to resolve inquiries
  that cannot be address at the lowest level
• Soldiers will be returned to the unit if prior
  arrangements have not been coordinated

Use Your S-1/PAC representatives to get answers

• We will train your S-1 Personnel through
  assistance visits
• S-1 representatives may visit with their finance
  liaisons in Darling Hall during the hours of
  0900-1130 hours daily to resolve pay issues
• Encourage your S-1s to attend our monthly PAC
  meetings to pick up UCFRs and to discuss policy
  and procedure updates
