• Yellow eyes
• White body with black dots on wings and chest.
• Round head with
• forward-facing eyes.

Where do they live?

• The live in the Artic
• On every continent but Antarctica

What do the eat?

• They eat small frogs
• Mice moles, voles
• Other birds
• Rats
• snakes

How do they get food?

• They fly down and grab their prey without
  touching the ground.

How do they travel?

• They fly quietly in the dark
• Their wings dont make a sound

How do they help their young?

• The Snowy Owls find prey and care for them.
• They teach the young to fly and hunt.
