Petitioning

• I told them about a little boy who stepped on a
  needle. We tried as quickly as we could to get
  him to Lexington so he could have the shots for
  lockjaw. It meant taking that little boy in a
  stretcher over into Owsley Countythen taking him
  on horseback to Boonville where we could get a
  car, and then to Lexington. That little boy died
  just on the outskirts of Lexington. -Rev. Sam
