What are Human Resources?

• People are the resources of a company.
• At Petpro, the Human Resources department is in
  charge of hiring employees for the company, which
  Petpro will use to achieve a desired business
  plan.
• It is a very critical role that can lead to
  competitive advantage over the competition. 
• For people to be successful resources for Petpro
  they must be trained the appropriate skills. The
  HR department sets up training programs for
  employees.

Roles and Responsiblites

• Human resources is responsible for the hiring ,
  firing, and retaining of qualified and valued
  employees
• Sets up and supervises on-the-job training
  programs and determines the proper role of
  education in employee development
• Makes every possible attempt to assume steady
  employment of all employees
• Carries out job analyses
• Acts as a consultant for each department in the
  company
