Immersion Suits
.
Type Insulated immersion suit / Anti-exposure
suit. Colour Red, with blue reinforcement and
pockets. Sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL and SPL. Outer
fabric Neoprene-coated nylon. Blue
reinforcements and pockets made in Cordura 280
g/m2. Lining Detachable linning150 g/m²
insulation quilted with polyester lining. Sewing
thread Cotton-covered polyester
thread. Pockets 2 side pockets with fleece
lining, radio pocket on left part of chest and
light pocket on right part of chest. Pockets for
buddy line and whistle at top of left arm, knife
pocket on right thigh, inside pocket on lining,
and back pocket for buoyancy foam. Glove pocket
at bottom of both sleeves. Retro- reflective
trim 5x10 cm of retro-reflective trim, 3 on
hood and 1 on each sleeve pocket. 5x20 cm of
retro-reflective trim, 1 on each shoulder. Cuffs
Neoprene cuffs with loop/hook fastener wrist
intake. Miscellaneous The suit is provided with
buoyancy foam attached to the detachable linning
in back pocket. Rubber reinforcement on both
knees and seat reinforcement, boots are attached
to the suit. Neoprene collar. Neoprene gloves in
glove pockets and neoprene hood. Elastic intake
on back, whistle, buddy line, knife and lifting
becket. The suit comes in a bag. Main
applications FRB and MOB rescue teams,
offshore, ships crews, MES crews, and
lifeguards. Spare parts Bag 51015156 Gloves

knife without point 1001569 Thermal liner
S-750-0126 size. NB The buoyancy foam must be
removed before washing. The suit must not be
pressed together when stowed. Approvals The
suit fulfils the requirement of the LSA code,
resolution MSC. 48(66) parts 2.3 and 2.4. The
thermal protection has been tested for a period
of 6 hours in water temperatures ranging between
0 - 2 C. The suit must be worn in conjunction
with a lifejacket.
