  scalable electronic publication
• Dont treat an electronic publication as a series
  of HTML files which can be created using an HTML
  authoring tool
• Your electronic publication should be based on
  resource fragments stored in a neutral format
• Server-side scripting should be used to assemble
  the fragments

• Before you publish your first issue
• Look at the competition and see what you like,
  what you dont like and features youd like to
  emulate
• Build good relationships with your authors
• Remember that Content is King dont become too
  fixated with the technology!
