• A web based application for

• SecurID not available

• Cannot connect to ReportNet since username
  changed
• ER needs to change the username within reportnet

• IT Support will contact ER

• ReportNet password not working
• First time user, try newpass (standard passwd set
  for users), modify the password
• Forgot the password (not used for long time) ?
• ER needs to reset the password within reportnet

Saving Reports - PDF format

• Run the report
• Save in PDF format
• Open the Acrobat reader in browser
• USE ACROBAT OPTIONS TO SAVE (NOT THE BROWSER
  OPTIONS)

Saving Reports - Excel format

• Run the report
• Save in Excel 2002 format (most recommended)
• Excel 2000 does not work (not recommended)
• Excel 2000 single sheet format works useful
  when the file to be saved is large in size

Distributing Reports

• Email reports option does not work with PDF
• Work around is to save on local machine and send
• Some browsers may not support

• IT Support will communicate to ER
