Pictures showing absence of proper PMD grounding
Left picture shows a thick copper wire dipped
underground, but this is no where connected to
PMD racks (shown on the right).

Left picture shows power transformer box on the
backside of PMD Electronics racks. The grounded
copper which was shown in slide-1 is connected to
the line as indicated. So PMD racks are even not
properly grounded the ground is thru the power
lines only.
