Jerry P. Wilkins

• Jerry P. Wilkins was the President of the
  2001-2002 Graduate Sport Management Class. Jerry
  was a leader in every sense of the word. He was
  an exemplary student and leader among his peers,
  and one who exercised the characteristics of
  wisdom, spiritual maturity, and humility. Jerry
  had a promising future, with the goal of having a
  career in professional football. He was well on
  his way to fulfilling his goal as he had secured
  an internship with the Pittsburgh Steelers. With
  all of his academic achievements and professional
  endeavors, Jerry is most remembered for his
  selfless attitude and the time he dedicated to
  enriching other peoples lives, especially those
  younger than himself. He served as a mentor to
  young minority students, helping them to adjust
  to college life academically and socially.
