Background

• The Bureau, in consultation with the Forum
  Management Group, agreed to create a task team to
  focus on issues of concern about UN/CEFACT
  Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Policy and
  related issues

Goals

• The goals of the task team are
• to foster better understanding of UN/CEFACT IPR
  Policy
• to review input from UN/CEFACT plenary members
  and participating experts that involve any
  concerns about the IPR Policy and related good
  practices and procedures
• to report on its work to the Bureau on a timely
  basis
• to offer guidance to the Bureau in its
  consideration of next steps.
