2About us Welcome to Texas Orthopedics, Sports and
Rehabilitation Associates. Texas Orthopedics is
the largest provider of comprehensive
musculoskeletal services in Central Texas -
serving the Austin community since 1986. Our
twenty physicians specialize in orthopaedic
surgery, physical medicine and rehabilitation,
sports medicine, and arthritis treatment. In
addition, Texas Orthopedics has in-house x-ray,
MRI, bone densitometry, physical and occupational
therapy, and a Joint Commission accredited
ambulatory surgery center to provide patients
with a unique opportunity to receive a full scope
of medical services under one roof.
3About us The orthopedic surgeons perform
outpatient surgical procedures, such as
arthroscopic surgery, at the ambulatory surgery
center. Our physical medicine and rehabilitation
specialist provide nonsurgical back and neck pain
treatment in the Texas Orthopedics Surgery
Center for example, injections under x-ray
guidance. Texas Orthopedics' highly skilled team
of physicians complement each other with
expertise in every aspect of orthopedic
diagnosis, treatment, and care. Texas Orthopedics
has a physician that is fellowship trained in six
subspecialties of orthopedics. These
subspecialties include spine, shoulder and
elbow, hand, hip replacement, knee replacement,
foot and ankle, and sports medicine. In addition
to our fellowship trained and general
orthopedists, our physical medicine and
rehabilitation specialists provide nonsurgical
back and neck treatment.
