• A Position Maintain is ALWAYS followed by a
  Position Attribute, EXCEPT when adding roles to a
  position.
• Once the Position Maintain is completed by Shared
  Services, all other ISRs can be completed at the
  same time.
• HSCRC Code is completed by Compensation
• Position Attribute contains a blank for SSN
  ONLY fill in when necessary
